What to include

If you are writing about an order you have already placed, please include your order number and the email address you ordered with — it saves a round trip and gets you an answer sooner. If something has arrived damaged or incorrect, attaching photographs lets us sort it out in one reply.

Choosing a gift

If you are not sure which piece to choose, or which birth month, tell us a little about the person you are buying for and we will make a suggestion. We would rather help you pick the right thing than have you guess.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses within the United States only. Standard shipping is free on orders of $49 or more, and a flat $5.95 below that.
