Shipping costs

Orders of $49 or more: free. Standard shipping is on us, with nothing to add at checkout.
Orders under $49: a flat $5.95. One charge per order, however many items are in it.

Any two pieces together clear the $49 threshold, so a two-item order always ships free.

The threshold is calculated on your order total after any discount has been applied, so a discount code can occasionally bring an order just below $49. Checkout always shows the exact shipping cost before you pay.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only, including all fifty states. We are not shipping internationally at this time.

How long it takes

Processing: 1–2 business days. This is the time it takes us to check and dispatch your order.
Delivery: 4–8 business days after dispatch.
In total: roughly 5–10 business days from the moment you order.

Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude United States public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing the next business day.

These are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, and peak periods around Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas can add time, and those are outside our control. If your order is running late, email us and we will chase it.

Tracking

You will get a confirmation email as soon as you order, and a second email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. If tracking has not updated within a few days of dispatch, that is usually normal — carrier scans can lag. If it still has not moved after a week, contact us.

Getting your address right

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, including any apartment or unit number. We dispatch quickly, so if you spot a mistake, email us immediately and we will correct it if the order has not yet gone out. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

Ordering more than one thing

If you order several pieces, they may arrive in separate parcels and on different days. You will not be charged anything extra for this.

Taxes and duties

All prices are in US dollars. Because we ship domestically within the United States, there are no customs charges or import duties on your order. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay.
